Passport Instructions for Tour Group Travelers

If you need to renew your passport or get a new one, have a second valid passport issued, or replace a lost or damaged passport, see below for the instructions you'll need for your passport service. Please make sure to include your tour group's name and destination on the order form.

Passport Instructions

New Adult Passport - This process is for applicants who have never been issued a US passport, or have an adult passport that was issued more than 15 years ago, or have a passport that was issued before the applicant’s 16th birthday.

Passport Renewal - This process is for applicants who have a passport that was issued after the age of 16 and will expire within one year, or have a current passport with few or no blank pages, or have a current passport that was issued more than one year ago and after the age of 16 and have experienced a legal name change, or have an expired passport that was issued after the age of 16 and the issue date is less than 15 years ago.

Minor Passport - This process is for applicants who are under the age of 16 and have never been issued a US passport, or are under the age of 16 and have been previously issued a US passport.

Lost, Stolen, or Mutilated Passport Replacement - This process is for applicants who have been previously issued a passport booklet over the age of 16 and that book has been lost, stolen, or badly damaged.

Second Valid Passport - This process is for applicants who need to obtain visas while traveling abroad or who have Israel markings in their passport and now will travel to politically sensitive countries such as Iran.
